I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although spacious and well-furnished, were not up to a 5-star standard as they let in a draft of cold air through the skylights. On the positive side, some of our group had amazing suites, while the rest of us enjoyed spacious rooms with cozy seating areas.
The hotel provided a pleasant stay with beautiful decor in the Jewish Quarter. The service was exceptional, and the location was perfect for exploring Krakow. However, the dining choices could be more varied.
I was blown away by this hotel! The rooms are by far some of the largest I have ever stayed in Europe, and they were incredibly comfortable. However, they were a bit too hot even with -8 degrees outside. The curtains were like nothing I've ever seen! The service was top-notch, despite some occasions of forgotten orders.
