I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although spacious and well-furnished, were not up to a 5-star standard as they let in a draft of cold air through the skylights. On the positive side, some of our group had amazing suites, while the rest of us enjoyed spacious rooms with cozy seating areas.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious and had nice seating areas, although the draft from the skylights made it challenging to keep warm.

I was blown away by this hotel! The rooms are by far some of the largest I have ever stayed in Europe, and they were incredibly comfortable. However, they were a bit too hot even with -8 degrees outside. The curtains were like nothing I've ever seen! The service was top-notch, despite some occasions of forgotten orders. The location is simply unbeatable, right on Krakow's beautiful main square. The dining experience was a mix, with some drama but overall good quality. Overall, a great stay with a couple of minor hiccups.
